Secure Access - User Access Management
Utilising NT Security, each administrator can be issued with his or her own Username and Password. The Username would usually be the User's Email address, as this is both memorable and unique. All passwords are set and maintained by the main site administrator, who has overall control of access the administration area.
The following information is held as default on all administrators;·
- Name
- Email Address
- Password
- Active Yes/No
Note. The ATOM Document Hub also allows specific administrators to be associated to their own categories, thus giving a greater level of security.
