Lawyers for Business was established in 2007 by David Feenan, a solicitor with over 20 years experience at the highest level of his profession.
As an Equity Partner with a prestigious national firm with 8 offices in England & Wales, David was privy to the enormous overheads incurred when operating city centre practices such as his and realised that the exact same quality legal advice could be provided, at a fraction of the cost, by removing the excessive overheads.
The Lawyers for Business service is straightforward. We provide the corporate, commercial and private client legal services of a conventional legal practice without the traditional structure, replacing this with an efficient administration hub and a group of highly experienced lawyers who work from their own personal offices.
By utilising the technology and software available now, our clients receive quality advice at an extremely cost effective price making us accessible and easy to work with.
We deliver the exact same high quality legal services as a large city practice, but without the big costs, and therefore, the recruitment criteria for our lawyers are stringent:
- Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in a city or good regional practice specialising in corporate, commercial or private client services
- Minimum 2:1 from a respected University
- Strong commercial business acumen
- Excellent references
